             Modules overview



              Module 5: Product/service development and business plan


              After  the  completion  of  this  module,  learners  will  gain  key  insights  into  product/service
              development  and  crafting  a  social  business  plan,  translating  innovative  ideas  into  viable
              market offerings with strategic planning, while also integrating social goals into the business
              model.  The  learners  will  understand  how  to  devise,  articulate,  and  assess  the  financial  and
              social implications of their business plans, readying them to take their concepts to market by
              making effective pitch for financing their social business.


              Module 6: Social business prototyping and testing techniques

              After the completion of this module, learners are expected to apply the prototyping and testing
              process for the development of a new social business activity, branch of business or a business
              idea.  The  learners  will  recognise  why  some  testing  and  prototyping  techniques  are  more
              suitable for social businesses, adapt them to their social business and demonstrate that their
              innovative social product or service is a viable business idea.

              Module 7: Marketing strategy adapted to the social economy

              After completing this module, learners are expected to acquire comprehensive and specialised
              knowledge about marketing strategy and content creation, focusing on the necessary building
              of the marketing positioning. At the skills level, learners are expected to explore the roadmap
              covering the way between an aspired marketing positioning and a digital content marketing
              plan  implementation  to  be  able  to  implement  in  practice  a  marketing  strategy  by  creating
              digital marketing content to communicate the business offer marketing mix.

              Module 8: Social innovation businesses monetising strategies and management

              After  completing  this  module,  learners  are  expected  to  be  able  to  launch  and  manage
              successful social businesses. They will grasp key resources and nurturing strategies, analyse
              monetisation  models,  develop  management  plans,  assess  multiple  revenue  streams,  and
              select appropriate management tools, aligning with the outlined learning outcomes.
