Step 3
identifying key components of a management plan that would support their social mission by
asking questions such as: “What organisational structure is needed?”, “How will you manage
resources effectively?” and “How will you measure social impact?”. Participants take notes on
their ideas.
Step 4
Participants return to their small groups and work collaboratively to outline their management
plan. They focus on operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with their social mission. The
trainer/facilitator circulates among the groups, providing guidance and prompting discussions
with questions such as: “How will you allocate resources to maximise social impact?” and “What
strategies will you implement to ensure sustainability?”.
Step 5
Each group creates a prototype of their management plan, using materials such as poster
boards, markers, and sticky notes. They also prepare a brief presentation outlining their key
components and operational strategies. The trainer/facilitator facilitates the presentations,
encouraging groups to highlight their innovative ideas and addressing any questions or concerns
raised by the audience. Feedback and discussion are encouraged to foster learning and
