Andrew's Social Business Odyssey
As Andrew navigated the challenges of managing EcoHarbor, he relied on practical tips such
as maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders, conducting regular
evaluations to assess impact and effectiveness, and remaining adaptable in the face of
adversity. These strategies enabled EcoHarbor to not only survive but thrive in its mission to
create positive social and environmental change.
However, Andrew quickly realised that collaboration with local communities was paramount
to the success of EcoHarbor. Engaging with residents, understanding their needs and
concerns, and involving them in decision-making processes became central pillars of
EcoHarbor's approach. Andrew and his team organised town hall meetings, conducted
surveys, and formed community advisory boards to ensure that EcoHarbor's initiatives
aligned with the needs and values of the people it aimed to serve.
